Laying the foundation for total health

With chiropractic care, your body needs to undergo a specific plan of care so as to repair itself correctly and fully. There’s three phases of chiropractic care including

Phase 1: Relief Care

Our first objective is to assist in reducing your pain and obtain you feeling better as soon as possible by evaluating the severity of the condition causing your pain. The average for a patient to want chiropractic care or adjustments is 2-3 times per week for 4-12 weeks.

Phase 2: Corrective/Restorative Care

During this phase muscles and other tissues are allowed to heal more completely, which helps prevent further injury or pain and attempt to bring your body back to 100% function. In this phase it’s typical to receive chiropractic care or adjustments about 4-8 times per month for 6-24 months all depending on your progress.

Phase 3: Wellness Care

Once your body has fully healed it’s important to come in for periodic chiropractic adjustments to avoid further problems in the future. This phase in particular usually only requires an in office visit 1-4 times per month, based on your lifestyle and goals.
